Colleges and Campuses
The University houses three colleges which offers degree programs in different areas of discipline as Engineering and Information Technology, Industrial and Technical Teachers Education, and Tourism Services.

GOALS

  1. 1. To provide releveant and quality undergraduate and to produce graduates who are globally competent in their field of specialization, passer of licensure or national/international competency examinations, and manifesting high ethical standards with concern for the society and environment;
  2. 2. To provide post-graduate and continuing education programs to advance the knowledge and enhance the competence of engineers and information technology professionals;
  3. 3. To provide an educational experience that will develop students' full potential to become leaders in their field of specialization and understanding the implications of their work on both to themselves and to society as a whole;
  4. 4. To engage in relevant research activities and conduct relevant extension programs that focused on regional and national priority areas that will cultivate creative and innovative endeavors to promote economic development;
  5. 5. To establish and strengthen mutually-beneficial linkages and collaborators with industries, government institutions , and other entities; and
  6. 6. To subject academic programs and services to quality assurance mechanism to ensure relevance, compliance to standards, and continual improvements.

OBJECTIVES :

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (BSEE)

1. Provide the students a solid foundation in science, mathematics, and electrical engineering and related fields that will allow them to be competitive in providing innovative solution contributing to societal advancement and sustainable development.
2. Develop a sense of professional responsibility and capability to initiate, lead, work effectively in a team in the creation of an eco-friendly and healthy environment.
3. Provide hands-on laboratory, simulation, project research and design that helps them to dynamically engaging in lifelong learning and professional development.

OBJECTIVES :

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (BSIT)

1. To prepare students for graduate studies and be successful practitioners in the field of information technology.
2. To enable students in acquiring a comprehensive knowledge, skills and right attitude in the field of ICT.
3. Prepare students to become IT professional who are expert in Software Applications, Network and Database Administrations.
4. To produce IT professional that demonstrates and understanding of the characteristics of formation technology and their role within the organizations.
5. To produce IT professional who can evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for representing, managing and disseminating of information as a vital resources.
6. To produce professional who are national and/or international ICT Exam passer.

OBJECTIVES :

DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY (DCT)

1. To produce graduates who are experts in Software Programming and Web Page Design and Development.
2. To produce graduates who are experts in Hardware Servicing and Maintenance.
3. To engage in community outreach and extension programs that will help alleviate quality of life.
4. To produce professionals who are national and/or international ICT Exam passers.
5. Prepare students for a four-year IT programs.

GOALS

1. To prepare students for future employment opportunities in local and international tourism industry.
2. To produce graduates who are more responsive to the needs of tourism industry.
3. To prepare students for a career in management and entrepreneurship.
4. To engage in relevant research and extension activities that focus in regional and national priority areas that will address manpower needs.
5. To prepare students for educational experience that builds up greater pride of Filipino culture and natural heritage.
6. To instill work values and professionalism.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES :

BACHELOR IN TOURISM TECHNOLOGY (BTT)

1. To produce competent graduates that will match the global standards.
2. To become effectively, efficiently and profitably competent in managing different tourism enterprises.
3. To proactively participate in tourism research and extension activities.
4. To produce students that are responsible in community based tourism so that locals can enjoy increased socio economic benefits and improved environment.
5. To produce tourism students that dignify, value and nurture Caraga cultures that will enrich tourism experiences.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT (BSHRM)

1. To produce competent graduates that will match the global standards.
2. To become effectively, efficiently and profitably competent in managing different tourism enterprises.
3. To proactively participate in tourism research and extension activities.
4. To produce students that are responsible in community based tourism so that locals can enjoy increased socio economic benefits and improved environment.
5. To provide the students with practical and theoretical knowledge in hotel operations, and other hospitality-related industry.
BACHELOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE MANAGEMENT (BFSM)

1. To produce competent graduates that will match the global standards.
2. To become effectively, efficiently and profitably competent in managing different tourism enterprises.
3. To proactively participate in tourism research and extension activities.
4. To produce students that are responsible in community based tourism so that locals can enjoy increased socio economic benefits and improved environment.
5. To provide the students with practical and theoretical knowledge in food service and production.

Goal of Teacher Education Programs


The goal of Teacher Education program is to produce quality teacher education graduates with adequate knowledge attitude and skills to be able to facilitate the transfer of learning to students.
OBJECTIVES:

In line of with the vision and mission of the university, the Department of Industrial Teacher Education endeavors to develop students who are:
• quality professionals and work-oriented individuals
• trained to become globally competitive to meet the demands of industries;
• oriented with research capability building;
• involved in community services concerns;
• exposed to the latest training facilities;
• competent to pass the LET ( Licensure Examination Teachers);
• concerned with eco-friendly and healthy environment; and
• leaders in the field of education

Goal of Industrial Technology Programs


The goal of Industrial Technology programs is to equip future technologist with adequate knowledge , to be able to innovate and promote production of goods and services; skills for global competitiveness ; and attitude to foster a strong sense of excellence , responsiveness and commitment in the field of industrial technology education.
OBJECTIVES:

In the line with the vision and mission of the university , the Industrial Technology programs endeavor to develop students who are:
• quality professionals and work- oriented individuals ;
• trained to become globally competitive to meet the demands of industries
• oriented with research capability building;
• involved in community services concerns;
• competent to pass the TESDA ( Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) National Competency
• concerned with eco-friendly and healthy environment; and
• leaders in the field of industrial technology.
